The lathe-turned cold plate ensures optimal contact and heat transfer, thoroughly covering the processor and conforming to Intel’s safe zone guidelines.

Water Block Material and Manufacturing

The cold plate of this water block is manufactured of the highest-grade 99.99% pure electrolytic copper, precision-machined to ensure the best possible contact and superior heat transfer. This version of the water block boasts a nickel-plated cold plate paired with a robust plexi top. Before the CNC process, the top cover material, consisting of a 30mm thick aluminum sheet, is carefully prepared, ensuring robustness and precision in design.
