We will only exchange defective products. If you think a product is defective, you must contact us immediately by email (stef@proliquidpc.com) and provide us with the details of the product and its defect. We will tell you how to proceed.

Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada. No deliveries outside of Canada are currently available.

To ensure that you receive your order in good condition, we offer the option of Free Pick-up by appointment delivery or by courrier across Canada.

There are many practical water cooling configurations depending on your application and preferences. You should begin your decision based on which components will be water cooled. Regardless of whether you’re cooling a computer or something else, the expected heat output and desired temperature range of these areas will dictate many of your liquid cooling parts. A typical watercooling system is composed of 4 parts :

1. A Water Blocks to transfer component heat to the liquid;
2. A Pump to move the liquid;
3. A Reservoir to store excess coolant.
4. A Radiator (heat exchanger) with fans to move heat from liquid into air;

All new products sold by PRO Liquid PC include a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Once we receive the defect product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if its defect entitles you to a replacement. If so, we will send you a replacement product.

Any item that has suffered physical damage or damage due to improper use or install will not be replaced.
