I. RETURN POLICY

1. Exchange

Any new product sold by Pro Liquid PC includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We only exchange defective products. If you ever believe that a product is defective, you must immediately contact us by email (stef@proliquidpc.com) and provide us with details of the product and its defect. We will tell you how to proceed.

Once we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and inform you by email, within a reasonable time, if its defect entitles you to a replacement. If necessary, we will send you a replacement product.

Any property that has suffered physical breakage or breakage due to improper use will not be replaced.

2. Shipping and handling charges

Shipping costs shown on the invoice (if applicable) are non-refundable. In case of exchange, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment that occurs during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

 

II. DELIVERY POLICY

3. General Information

Orders are subject to stock availability. If the inventory of an item is exhausted at the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order.

4. Places of delivery

Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada. No delivery outside of Canada is currently possible.

5. Delivery time

We endeavor to ship orders within three (3) business days from the date of the order. Delivery times should only be indicative and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to have your product delivered within ten (10) days of the date of your order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping practices of the courier company, the place of delivery, the delivery method and the items ordered. In case of late delivery, Pro Liquid PC can not be held responsible for delivery times not respected by the courier company. It is also possible that the products are delivered in several separate shipments.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are set at fifteen dollars ($15.00), just add the items you want to buy to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. It is on this screen that the shipping costs will be displayed.

7. Items damaged during transport

If the packaging is damaged in any way upon arrival of the product, please contact us immediately by email(stef@proliquidpc.com).

9. Introduction

This website is administered by Pro Liquid PC. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to  Pro Liquid PC. Use of our website is subject to the following Terms of Use, as amended from time to time (the “Terms”). The Terms should be read in conjunction with any other terms or notices appearing on the pages of our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They apply to all users of our website, including those who shop on it, customers and suppliers. If you use this website, you agree to be bound by and agree to be bound by the Terms and Our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms or our Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to access or place an order on our website and its services.

We may impose new rules or restrictions related to the use of our website. You agree to periodically review the Terms, and if you continue to access and use our website, this will mean that you accept all changes made to it.

You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of our website or any offer on our website in relation to service, content, function, or product.

12. Products or Services

Orders placed on our website are subject to stock availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or restrict sales of our products and services to any person or household, or in a geographic area or territory.

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including those that appear to have been placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that your order is fraudulent or based on inaccurate information, we have the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the color or design of the products presented on our website. We have spared no effort to ensure that the colour and design of our products are indicated as accurately as possible on our website.

Links to or from other websites are provided for convenience only. We do not verify, endorse or approve of the sites to which the external links presented on our website lead or that contain links to it, nor their content, the third parties named therein, their products and services. Links to software download sites are provided for convenience only and we are not responsible for any problems or repercussions arising from downloading software.
